Which pieces are available now?

The first pieces of our European collection are in stock and ready to ship: the Cherry & Wood by Bechiva leather collar, harness and leash for cats and small dogs, together with our AirTag Holder, QR Code Pet ID Tag, Pet Bandana, Tennis Ball, Pet Wipes and Dog Poop Bags. More of the collection is on its way. Join our list to be the first to know when it arrives.

Who are the collar, harness and leash made for?

They are designed for cats and small/medium sized dogs. Each piece is handcrafted in Europe in soft leather with contrast stitching and gold-tone hardware, and arrives in our Cherry & Wood gift box. The collar and harness come in sizes S and M; all three come in black, bronze and red.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, from Orlando, Florida. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label. Items should be returned unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@cherryandwood.com before sending anything back. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or the removal of items within 15 minutes of placing your order. Write to info@cherryandwood.com as soon as possible.

How do you ensure quality?

Every piece in the Cherry & Wood collection is carefully selected from European artisans and suppliers, with your pet's comfort and safety in mind. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make the collection.

I manage a hotel or rental property. Do you offer hospitality kits?

Yes. Our Pet Hospitality Kits launch in mid-November, in three tiers: Basic, Comfort and Luxury. Discover the kits or request information to join our pilot program.

Do you offer wholesale?
